How to denounce suspicious messages at lookouts
If you have received a suspicious message, fraudulent or that violates the lookouts, you can report it so that our team will take appropriate measures.
What is considered a suspicious message?
- Attempts at fraud or blow (money requests, fake job offers, phishing)
- Suspicious or malicious links that may compromise your safety
- Harassment, threats or offensive language
- Spam or excessive and unquestioned messages
- Inappropriate requests for personal information (bank data, passwords, documents)
Report directly on the platform
- Access the conversation where the suspicious message was sent
- Press and hold (mobile) or click the three points (⋮) next to the message (desktop)
- Select the "Denounce Message" option
- Choose the reason for the complaint (fraud, harassment, spam, etc.)
- (Optional) Add additional details to help with the analysis
- Confirm and send the complaint
What happens after the complaint?
- Team Analysis: Our team will review the complaint and check if the message violates the platform guidelines
- Security measures: Depending on gravity, the user may be warned, suspended or banned
- User Block: You can block the sender so as not to receive more messages from it
